ILO Client Choice Awards 2010
London, United Kingdom - The International Law Office (ILO) has announced the winning partners for the ILO Client Choice Awards 2010. The winning partners were chosen from a pool of more than 2,000 individual assessments received from corporate counsel worldwide. Established in 2005, the ILO Client Choice Awards recognize those law firms and partners around the world that stand apart for the excellent client care that they provide and the quality of their service. The criteria for the awards focus on law firms' ability to add real value to their clients' business above and beyond the other players in the market.
Traditionally the awards have recognized one firm in any one jurisdiction, but the research was extended this year to recognize individual partners who excel across the full spectrum of client service. One winner was chosen in each work area and jurisdiction. Partners were assessed on the following criteria: quality of legal advice, value for money, commercial awareness, effective communication, billing transparency, tailored fee structures, response time, sharing of expertise and use of technology.
This year, ILO recognized 202 winners across 48 jurisdictions.
