Our recent experience in banking and finance includes:

• Advice in respect of a syndicated loan of US$ 16.8m to an independent power producer in Kenya . 
• Advice to a consortium of Standard Chartered Bank Kenya Limited, PTA Bank, Kenya Commercial Bank Limited and Barclays Bank of Kenya Limited in K.Shs 5 billion financing to Kenya Ports Authority – issues included regulatory issues, financing structure (issue of loan stock versus syndicated lending), taking of specialised security and drafting inter lenders agreement. 
• Advice to ING Bank ( Netherlands ) (in conjunction with Baker & McKenzie) of multi-million dollar acquisition finance to Celtel for the acquisition of majority shares in Kencell Communications Limited.
• Ksh 3.6 Billion debt restructuring for Kenya Power & Lighting Company Limited. 
• Advice to Stanbic Bank Kenya Limited in respect of 15 million Euro syndicated loan transaction for a leading horticultural company.
• Advice to the Paris Club of Donors in respect of the restructuring of the Government of Kenya external debt.
•  Lead adviser to the Kenya Bankers Association on ongoing issues in the banking industry.
