We have a fully fledged intellectual property law department (with 2 full time para legal and support staff) and we deal in registrations of all kind of intellectual property rights (including registration and renewal of trade marks and service marks, utility models, industrial designs  and patents) in Kenya and abroad (through associated law firms) as well as advice in respect of trade mark oppositions and trade mark watch services.
