Daniel is an Associate in the firm’s Commercial & Conveyancing Department. His practice embraces advising clients on a wide range of commercial matters including business formations, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, competition, company law and business licensing. He also has experience in conducting legal due diligence exercises and drafting documentation relating to commercial securities, private equity investments, mergers & acquisitions, aircraft acquisition and real estate acquisitions & disposals.
