Daniel Wanjau

Dr Daniel Wanjau Muriu, born Kenya 1969; LLB (Nairobi), LLM (Witwatersrand, Johannesburg), PhD (Melbourne); admitted 1995 Kenya; Member: Law Society of Kenya, Certified Public Secretary
Wanjau specialises in corporate, commercial and conveyancing law and has advised on mergers and acquisitions, banking law, capital markets law, privatisations and financing, telecommunications law, intellectual property law and pensions and provident funds law.
Daniel is also a legal scholar and has undertaken various legal research and writing projects in both domestic and international law. Daniel successfully completed his PhD studies at the University of Melbourne, Australia in 2009.
Daniel rejoined HH&M as a Partner in the Corporate, Commercial and Conveyancing Department in 2010. He had previously worked at HH&M as a Partner (2003-2005), as an Associate at HH&M (1994-1997; 2002-2003), and as an Associate at Ndungu Njoroge and Kwach Advocates (1997-2000).
