Areas of specialisation: Corporate commercial and conveyancing law

Linda joined the Corporate commercial and conveyancing department of Hamilton Harrison & Mathews in 2009.
She specializes in real estate acquisition and disposal, creation of commercial securities, corporate restructuring, banking work, due diligence exercises and company law.
Prior to this Linda worked in the Litigation Department of Hamilton Harrison & Mathews from 2003. She has experience in commercial/civil litigation, employment matters, accident claims, debt recovery arbitration and has litigated in the Court of Appeal, High Court and in the magistrate's courts.
