Andrew Mugambi

Andrew specializes in corporate, commercial and conveyancing law. He has been involved in security documentation including syndicated loans, advising on project finance, legal due diligence exercises and general conveyancing transactions. Andrew has also advised on capital markets matters including IPOs and unit trusts.

Andrew has 7 years experience as an Advocate.  Andrew worked at Bowyer Mahihu & Company Advocates where he dealt mainly with Conveyancing and Commercial litigation.  He then worked in the Commercial and Conveyancing Department of Iseme Kamau & Maema Advocates from 2004 to 2005.

Andrew joined Hamilton Harrison & Mathews as an Associate in 2005 in the Corporate, Commercial and Conveyancing Department and became a partner in 2006.
