Kenneth Fraser

Kenneth Fraser, born England 1948; admitted 1969 England (Barrister-at-Law); 1970 Kenya ; Member: Law Society of Kenya; Certified Public Secretary.

Ken joined Hamilton Harrison & Mathews as a clerk in 1966 and became a Legal Assistant in 1969.  He heads the Litigation Department and is the senior partner of the firm.  Ken has extensive commercial litigation and arbitration experience in connection with various aspects of banking law, state corporations, insurance law, communications law and commercial law. Ken has been advising a range of clients on several commercial disputes and litigation matters.

Ken is one of the most respected commercial litigation lawyers in Kenya and is recognised as one of the leading litigation lawyers in Kenya by Legal 500 and Chambers Global.
