Paras Shah

Paras Shah, born Kenya 1974; LL.B. (King’s College London); admitted 1998 England (Solicitor); 2001 Kenya (Advocate); Member: Law Society of England & Wales, Law Society of Kenya; Certified Public Secretary; Associate Member: Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Paras joined Hamilton Harrison and Mathews in 2002 and is a Partner in the Corporate, Commercial and Conveyancing Department of HH&M.

He specialises in corporate, commercial and conveyancing law, and has advised on a number of local, multi-national and cross border transactions, including privatisations and financings; and mergers and acquisitions.   Paras has also advised on capital markets work, including IPOs and Take Over Regulations.

Paras is recognised as one of the leading commercial lawyers in Kenya by Legal 500, International Financial Law Review and Chambers Global.
