The firm has two departments: Commercial and Conveyancing and Commercial Litigation.

The commercial and conveyancing law department deals with large and complex commercial transactions, privatisation, capital markets, financing and property transactions. The department has significant expertise and experience in commercial law, privatisation, property law, capital markets, banking and finance, employment law, company law, capital markets law, intellectual property law and land law. Our lawyers have been involved in cross border commercial transactions, particularly in East & Central  Africa, Europe, USA, India and South Africa.

The commercial litigation department deals with complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters, debt recovery (especially for banks)
