To this end:

  • All partners and staff are committed to a quality approach to the management of the firm and all client matters.
  • We aim to get things right, first time and every time.
  • We aim to provide prompt, efficient and professional service to our clients at an appropriate cost.
  • Clients will be informed of progress and any delays through regular and relevant reporting of all developments. Clients will receive copies of all correspondence.
  • Our costs will be based on the provisions of the Advocates Remuneration Order or on an hourly rate. We are always willing to discuss the manner in which costs will be calculated and will endeavour to provide estimates.
  • We encourage clients to discuss with us any problems which may be causing the client concern about the manner in which a matter is being handled. We have an established complaints procedure the details of which are available on request.
  • For every matter that we handle for a client there is a partner with responsibility for the conduct of the matter.
